hi guys i've been a part of this group for a while now but this is the 1st time that i am posting.

for almost a year now, my daughter, (age13) has had a swollen foot. it is the right foot. the left foot is not swollen. she has been to about 5 different dr's. she has had a MRI a bone scan, doplar ultrasound, pelvic ultrasound. it is not a heel spur, or fracture. everything has been ruled out and nothing has been found. she wears the stocking to reduce swelling, she elevates her foot, soaks it in epson salt but to no avail. yesterday she started complaining when she wole up and couldnot stand on her foot. she said that the side where the arch was was very painful. she says it feels like something is wrong with her bones. in the morning it is usually very painful for her. i thought about lymphodema and her dr had a lot of bloodwork done to see if this might be the case. there are no bloodclots though thank goodness. i tried giving her arnica last night but no help. someone please help

Is there a hot burning pain on the soles of her feet?

You might try a new pair of shoes or arch supports. It MAY be plantar fasciitis.

She's also young and may just well be growing pains. I know I had horrible ones about her age. Mostly in my legs and feet. Did she get bit by anything?

My sympathies for her-VICNDEE [VICNDEE] swollen foot
