i have a mudra folder in the files section where you will get so many mudras

as also an article of; 4 pages showing its scientific basis. mudras are

around 50 but here i might have loaded around 12. since i did not find much

interest in these amazing healing systems, i did not load more.

you can do them anytime, anyplace even while viewing TV. they are only hand

postures and so do not give any physical strain.the mudras are in

do-it-series with photos, how to do it, postures, benefits etc. most of them

loaded here are multi-purpose. there ae so many for single purpose also.

look into them and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.
