Regarding aching legs and feet

Hi Catherine,

I to have had terriable leg cramps & I also have arthritis in my

knees. I would wake up in the night in tears from leg cramps & aching

that hurt to the bone. A lady told me to put a sliver of hand soap

under my bed sheet, I was @ the point & put up with the night pain

that I'd try about anything.....Have no idea how or why but it has

helped. I can't remember when I was awaken with leg pain.

my friend shane (the msg guy:) was a tennis player and suffered leg repeatedly during matches and at night after hours of play. he drank quinine water (1 glass) and took q-vel capsules and the combination worked. he took the q-vel before playing tennis and drank the quinine at night. this seemed to work quickly.

overweight is the cause of so many problems. this means lot of toxic have

accumulated in your body which needs to be thrown out. you have done some

mudras before. the sun mudra by burning fat and apan mudra by reducing

toxins in the body could help you a lot. all the joints pain are mainly due

to the excess of air element and doing joints pain mudra should be able to
