Guest guest
Hi Catherine, I to have had terriable leg cramps & I also have arthritis in my knees. I would wake up in the night in tears from leg cramps & aching that hurt to the bone. A lady told me to put a sliver of hand soap under my bed sheet, I was @ the point & put up with the night pain that I'd try about anything.....Have no idea how or why but it has helped. I can't remember when I was awaken with leg pain. Guest guest
[i feel like I am> going in circles with this, a family member has been> taking Quinine, don't know much about this.] my friend shane (the msg guy:) was a tennis player and suffered leg repeatedly during matches and at night after hours of play. he drank quinine water (1 glass) and took q-vel capsules and the combination worked. he took the q-vel before playing tennis and drank the quinine at night. this seemed to work quickly. deborahhttp://hertale.blogspot.com/...................................................................we need lions in our hands, trees in our arms, leaping fish in our eyes, wolves in our legs, wildflowers in our feet... in order to come to an understanding of the world we inhabit and to live in it instead of on it.
