Dear Serena,

Welcome to the wonderful wacky world of network

marketing. You sound like a newbie.

Do you have time for some hard-earned lessons?

Don't let our oh-so spiritual Dr.Stephen scare you off.

It must be hard to be humble when one is as great

as he is.

Stephen, what happened to all the folks who joined

your charismatic presence into the Larrea Tridentata

business?

I remember hearing a lot about that not so long ago.

Serena, don't ignore Stephen's words completely

either. It does not do to make every post into a

commercial.

Network marketing is this funny mix between

"just sharing" and selling. It is both.

When you buy from someone in MLM you at

least know that the person in question is shelling

out her own money for the product.

And any bona fide company will have a money-

back policy.

Serena, I have shared some training in a private

letter. You're welcome. :)

Michelle, I am sorry you had bad experiences

and got turned off on the industry.

Like any human endeavor it has good sides

and bad sides. I too dislike the hype and the

over-optimistic promises profoundly.

I also continue to love the industry as a whole.

Call me a sucker but I like hanging out in a world

filled with positive thinkers who are living in hope.

Besides, you do a very similar thing: sharing

knowledge with the intention that some people

will find their way to Holistic Menopause.

I see absolutely nothing wrong with that.

You do fantastic work at Holistic Menopause.

You certainly deserve to be paid for some

of that time.

AND it is your business.

I sincerely wish you a list of thousands of

rs and on-line retreat participants.

Just don't go on about us MLMers having

an agenda, while you do it just for the love

of humanity, OK?

To everyone else who read this far :

Natural health is my passion.

I spend many hours online reading up on it,

gathering information, and sharing it.

Would I do this if I were not also a network

marketer? Not likely.

Is an occasional mention of something that I

use and sell a fair trade-off?

It seems like win/win to me, but let the list

master decide.

Andrew, one possible solution is to allow

honest ads on one particular day of the week,

and tell everyone to shut up about anything

they sell the rest of the time.

That was my two cents.
