Guest guest
I have this. I spent 300 on orthodics that didn't help much. They were floppy and need to be reconstituted every few years. There is a store called the good foot store (I think thats it) and they have a similar item from sturdy plasic that seems to me would work better. However, I found that Birkenstock shoes work the best for me because of the good arch supports they have. I am willing to pay the money for these because they are well made and my feet don't hurt when I wear them. There is a web site that has products for plantar fasciitis - you might find something there that might help. One of hte things they did for me in physical therapy was teach me to stretch my feet drawing my toes up toward my ankles - this is to stretch and to strengthern the ligament. http://www.footsmart.com/ProductList.aspx?ailmentId=5 Hope this helps marynkmola <nkmola wrote: What herbal or natural remedies would you recommend for treating heel pain (plantar fasciitis) in a 42 yr old, overweight man. Thanks For the Lord God helps Me; therefore have I not been ashamed or confounded. Therefore have I set My face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame. Isa 50:7 Make your home page
