Guest guest
What herbal or natural remedies would you recommend for treating heel pain (plantar fasciitis) in a 42 yr old, overweight man. Thanks
Guest guest
Simply, try an ace bandage wrap around your foot a few times then up above larger part of calf a few times and back to the foot stretching the top of the foot towards your knee. Sleep with this and no covers pressing down on your foot. There are actually splints you can purchase if you want to spend some money but this works. Lots of water. The muscles get shortened during the night and then do not want to move in the am. Good Luck.nkmola <nkmola wrote: What herbal or natural remedies would you recommend for treating heel pain (plantar fasciitis) in a 42 yr old, overweight man. Thanks********************************************* WWW.PEACEFULMIND.COM Sponsors Alternative Answers-HEALING NATURALLY- this is the premise of HOLISTIC HEALTH. Guest guest
This is a sulphur deficiency. Try Epsom Salt baths, a tablespoon to begin and then up to two cups. Guest guest
I have found that the best treatment for plantar fascitis is to drink enough water every day. Especially about 10 ozs before bed. People frequently complain about how often they have to use the bathroom with such a regime but if one gets enough liquids daily the bladder urgency eases to a predictable number of trips a day. I find that I rarely have foot pain except when I forget to drink enough daily for deveral days. nkmola <nkmola wrote: What herbal or natural remedies would you recommend for treating heel pain (plantar fasciitis) in a 42 yr old, overweight man. Thanks********************************************* WWW.PEACEFULMIND.COM Sponsors Alternative Answers-HEALING NATURALLY- this is the premise of HOLISTIC HEALTH.
