We have cleared up a lot of tonsillitis with that. Since it makes anything flow that needs to run, it should help with sinuses. If you want to get fancy there is something Ayurvedic called I believe a neti pot that you use to rinse out the sinuses. The neti pot always seemed awkward for me. I'll check out the ching music someone mentioned. What is the ratio of hot water to honey to lemon juice to cayenne pepper? David
Guest guest
What is the ratio of hot water to honey to lemon juice to cayenne pepper? David David, RELAX! We are talking granny's home remedies here, not a medicinal compound. For the lemonade part use what is on hand and what tastes good. That depends on the patient. I like a lot of lemon and not too much honey, my husband would be the reverse. Freshly pressed organically grown lemons are best, and non-pasteurized honey, but if all you have is the instant lemon stuff and cheap honey that will do too. As for the cayenne, as much as the person can stand. Start with a small pinch. This is what Nyquil was supposed to be!
