renting a table

Hey y'all. I got a question for ya. I am coming up to visit family and

friends in upstate NY in the summer sometime (I have not made plans on

the exact dates yet). I want to offer some massages to some people

while I am there, but I have a dilemma to sort out.

 

My car will not make it up there, so I am flying. But that means my

table stays down here (in Atlanta, Ga). I will be going up in the

Elmira area (near to Ithaca and Binghamton). Does anyone know if it is

possible to rent a table for a few days up in that area? (maybe some

massage schools in the area). I will be flying into Rochester, and

renting a car at the airport. Not sure how many massages I will be

doing, so I cannot guess how long I will need it for. But, I can say

that my trip will last approximately a week.

Michael,

Does your table fold and have a carrying case? If so, you could simply

check it as luggage! I would, of course, pay a little extra to insure

it for its complete replacement cost. I am a massage therapist (just

south of Atlanta!) and my table is very valuable to me. I bet like me

you really are accustomed to working on your own table. If you have the

folding kind and a case, I would check into checking and taking it with

you.

Hey Michael,

 

I have flown with my massage table many, many times. No problem

taking it along with you other than hauling it around!
