Guest guest
I have bad ligaments, have had them since I was a kid, and suffer from chronic tendonitis as a result. Things have improved somewhat ever since I started taking Linan B6 by Standard Process. It has flaxseed oil and Vitamin B6 in it. The naturopathic doctor had said my ligaments were too dry and brittle, not flexible, because I was so deficient in essential fatty acids. However, I'm still having problems and a recent change in my work- out, because I'd consulted a personal trainer, left me with tendonitis in both elbows so bad that I couldn't work out for more than two weeks. I could barely use my left elbow for days after the work-out that aggravated my condition. Are there supplements that nourish ligaments? Any tips would be appreciated. - Anna

Guest guest
Hi Anna, You may want to try adding Silicon to your diet, either by food or supplements. It's supposed to be helpful for ligaments ,among other things, including wrinkles! Nettles are a good source, also Trinity Springs water. Flora makes a good supplement, Premium Vegetal Silica, which is supposed to be better absorbed taken with vitamin C. I'm sure there are other good ones out there. Hope that helps! Are there supplements that nourish ligaments? Any tips would be appreciated.- Anna
