Guest guest
Hi everyone, Each day, I speak with women who are under the misconception that Wild Yam Cream is the same thing as Progesterone cream. Almost, but not quite. Using Wild Yam cream might save you a few dollars, but it won't lend good results (unless your symptoms are very mild). More important, Wild Yam will NOT provide the many health benefits associated with Progesterone. Wild Yam root must undergo a chemical conversion process to actually become Progesterone Cream. Perhaps that's why, regardless of the ingredients, people have difficulty calling Progesterone Cream " natural " . The body cannot duplicate this conversion process. For a Progesterone Cream to be truly effective, it must be labeled as " USP " which is often followed by (but not always) the word " micronized " . So, if you've tried Wild Yam cream and haven't gotten results, this is likely the reason why! Also, like all nutritional products, some Progesterone creams are just a whole lot better than others. I hope this provides some clarity on this sometimes confusing topic. All the best, Michelle http://www.holisticmenopause.com
