Amenorrhea

Hello,

I'm looking for help with amenorrhea and increasing bone density.

I am taking micalcin nasal spray and an excellent calcium/magnesium/strontium/boron etc complex

I had some luck with acupuncture but my period is still gone for the most part.

I do get PMS and mood swings then either nothing or just spotting.

They say my estrogen is low.

I am in good health otherwise. I am lean but I am not anorexic.

I have tried red clover, black cohosh and wild yam.

Any other ideas? Thanks. I am frustrated

Michelle

Hi Myra,

Eating more fruits and veggies (organic, if possible) is always good, as it gives the body what it needs to heal up things that are going on, including hormone imbalance. Herbs are not the "quick fix pills" that medicos are always trying to sell people, even though no such thing exists. Anything you do herb-wise, should also be accompanied by good nutrition and exercise.

In terms of the herbs, look at the Female Formula in the files. I have personally experienced exceptional results with this formula, and have witnessed near miracles in others!

Best,

Kelli
