Hello all! Quick question related to hormones...

What have you all heard about the effects of lack of progesterone?

A company I buy products from has a progesterone cream...it sounds good, but tell me a bit more of what your experiences have been...

Hi Therese,

I responded to this a few days ago, but for some reason, when I tried

to post, I got an error and it didn't go through. That happened a

couple of other times too. So, I've just posted some quick info on

progesterone. You'll find much more at http://www.johnleemd.com

If you contact me privately about the cream you're considering, I

might be able to provide some insight on it. There's one MLM company

in particular that's selling a cream that lists progesterone as the

10th ingredient with several preservatives listed both before and

after.

Not all are created equal, that's for sure! I have personally tried

several. A couple have made me feel pretty rotten. If I can save

anyone the time and expense of finding a good cream, I'm certainly

happy to do so.

All the best,

Michelle
