Hi, d.k.kothari,

Thank you for your response. I will look further into

the yogi hand postures as my Osteopath used those in

his Cranial Fluid Therapy on me...wonderful!

As for the sleeping posture: my husband lays with his

head to the south, I believe...tell me if I am

understanding this correctly: If he is laying on his

back, then, he is looking to the north and the top of

his head is facing the south...is this correct?

Thanks!

yogic hand postures give good relief. for

sleeplessness gyan mudra,

which is

in the files section, is excellant. but then i feel

some other symptoms

are

also there. so doing apan mudra will improve his

overall digestion,

release

toxins from body which may be accumulating. i feel

there are some

negative

forces which may also be causing bad dreams. sometimes

this is curse on

ancestors which may be passing on. i use a system for

ancestors. you

can

feed 2 women & 2 men, may not be related but should be

needy on the no

moon

day or 8 th day of waning moon and requesting all the

ancestors to be

satisfied and release the family from any restriction.

sometimes changing the way you keep your head on also

helps. in india

we

have a standard system that your head should be on

south side while

sleeping

and feet on the north side . 2nd alternative is head

on east side. if

the

head is on north side, sleep will always be a problem.

from south pole

a

positive current flows and our head has the antenna

and which sooths

the

mind.

yogic vajrasana - where you fold the legs and sit on

it, is an

excellant

exercise for sleepless ness.

this is correct but it has not helped him. try changing to east where the

sun rises. i have been sharing with my group some tips for increasing reiki

effectiveness. one of them - using sea salts to bath could give him

immidiate relief. i am sending one direct to you. try & share. in yoga asans

also vajrasan, sitting on the folded legs is an excellant remedy for

sleeplessness. gyan mudra also helps. basically his mind should be always

thinking - a car without a break and so many times he may not be able to

understand the points on which he was thinking. using pearl in the ring with

backside closed and worn on ring finger gives good improvement. i might have

shared this with this group - as stones effect. i am sending one to you

directly. gyan mudra is there in the files section under mudra folder.

do not despair. this problem is not that big. it can be solved within

maximum 1 month.
