Guest guest
Are there any effective treatments for an abscessed tooth besides root canal or extraction? Thank you! Linda
Guest guest
Don't listen to me entirely for this one reason, tooth decay can cause other serious problems...serious. I don't like to go to a dentist's office so I just let em rot and fall out. I take some garlic for antibacterial properties, some algae for pain, some Vitamin C to keep the infection level down and I go to sleep, this goes on for maybe 7 days, my cheek swells, I feel hot and feverish, and then it's all over, the dang thing either falls out or tightens back up for another 6 months, or 2-3 years. Calcium helps to feed and strengthen a bad tooth, too. But, wait for other answers because my way is the hard way. Good luck! Guest guest
Be carefull a tooth abscess can get into the blood stream and travel to the heart, I waited once trying to cure it naturally and the infection spread and got vicious, especially when the tooth has a previous filling, inviting germs in deep, draining the abcess would be a good thing, I wonder tho ,if there are N.P. dentists? Guest guest
I can tell you that I've had some luck using a combination of things... The first thing I would investigate would be the Beck Magnetic Pulser. This can easily be made for around $20-40. Basically, you but a Vivitar flash outfit, open it up and put a coil is series with the bulb. When you flash, Emf and counter Emf create smal electric pulses.. not enough for you to feel, but emough to disturb the protein coat on germs to the point that they'll either die or become devitalized. The neat thing about the Beck Pulswer is that the magnetic waves wil penetrate 100% of the tooth, thus disinfecting where even your own immune system cannot reach. the second thing you may want to investigate is the purchase of a water pik and the use of Therasol and or the MouthMend kit available from the herbalist.com. You need to keep your mouth very clean tom prevent reinfection. The third thing you will want to investigate is the use of EcoDent tooth powder. This has minerals to " remineralize " the enamel, hopefully closing off any openings through which debris can re-enter. Of course, you could do the safe thing and try a dentist. I'm telling you an approach which has worked for me. You use this entirely at your own risk. Info on the beck Magnetic Pulser, Therasol and everything else mentioned in my post can be found through Googling. -Joe G.
