Guest guest
I use Rosemary Gladstar's _Family Herbal_ a lot. According to her most any herb that is safe for adults is safe for children. She also has many herbal 'recipes' for children that contain Echinacea. Her guidelines are suggested dosages for children. When adult dosage is: 1 cup (I am assuming this would be tea) under 2 years of age is one half to one teaspoon. When adult dosage is: 1 teaspoon or 60 grains or drops 15-18 month olds dosage is 7 grains/drops HTH Susan
Guest guest
Susan, Thank you very much for this useful information I really appreciate it. I just want to try to keep my daughter extra well this season and avoid Doctor's visits. I know echinacea is working very well with me. But I have read not to take it while you are pregnant which I don't understand why not... Thank you again, Sara , " dandelion " <dandelion@m...> wrote: > > > > I use Rosemary Gladstar's _Family Herbal_ a lot. According to her most > any herb that is safe for adults is safe for children.
