Hi Linda,

I noticed your post from nearly a week ago. I was wondering what the

EKG results showed and how your son is doing?

Is he under a lot of stress? Leaving home to live on his own is a

huge transition for a young man. The responsibilities of " the real

world " can be pretty overwhelming! Perhaps he's experiencing

anxiety?

Would enjoy hearing what you discovered. Hope he's doing well.

Hi, Heart palpitations can sometimes be alleviated by

taking a calcium, magnisium, potassium combination

once or twice a day. Also adding the full B vitamin

spectrum in a balanced B formula of 100mg each will

help heal the nervous system. Stress depletes the body

of vitamins and minerals rapidly so taking supplements

will help. The cal, mag, potassium combo is vital as

they are all used extensively by the heart muscle.

Herbs that relax and calm the system are also very

helpful. Keeping the electrolyte balance is important

in young people because they are so active with

school, sports etc. Hope some of these ideas help you

on your search into holistic health for your son.
