to introduce myself

Hi I'm Tif & I'm new to this list. I would like to introduce myself &

tell you alittle about myself & some of my many interest.

I have been an avid Herb gardener & studied herbs & aromatherapy for

many years. I enjoy making salves, bath salts, aromatherapy iteams

like potpourrie & sachets.

I just started a yoga class which I'm finding very interesting. (any

yoga tips & info would be much appreciated)I'm interested in

Crystal/Stone Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Aromatherapy, Homeopathy, Color

Therapy,Music Therapy, Essential Oils, Herbs,Teas,. As you can see my

interest are many :o)

I hope some where along the path of this group I will have have info

to share with you all as I'm sure I will learn from you to.

Hi Tif,

 

I am an herbalist studying to be a Naturopath. I also enjoy my herb garden and finally got lavender to grow in my yard. As for the yoga thing,,,,,, I still don't get it. I have the mat and the videos but I sure don't look like the instructor on the tape when I try a pose. It does feel good to stretch out though so I will probably keep trying.

Recently, I have started Feng Shui school and am having a great time.

I have geard of several who have trouble growing lavender, ( So far I

haven't been 1 of them)I have lavender plants thats about 45 " across.

But Have had trouble w/a few other plants growing that well :o)G, its

great to hear I'm not the only one having trouble w/the yoga

thing :o) I'm going to give it another 6 week class before I give

up. Feng Shui? thats a new one to me, sorry I've never heard of it.

Please explain it to me.

Teresa,

Have you ever did any of the herbal body wraps, they are saying helps

take inches off with ? I've been wanting to try them but can't find

much out about them other then they are quite pricey @ clubs.
