Guest guest
Hi Tif, I am an herbalist studying to be a Naturopath. I also enjoy my herb garden and finally got lavender to grow in my yard. As for the yoga thing,,,,,, I still don't get it. I have the mat and the videos but I sure don't look like the instructor on the tape when I try a pose. It does feel good to stretch out though so I will probably keep trying. Recently, I have started Feng Shui school and am having a great time. Welcome to the group. Teresa Hi I'm Tif & I'm new to this list.
