Guest guest Posted August 20, 2004 Report Share Posted August 20, 2004 hello group, my mother suffers from extreme bouts of anxiety and depression...its painful and hampers leading a normal life...i have tried treating her with reiki but to no avail...i have visited many doctors but they prescribe tablets and pills...you ppl are my last resort...could you suggest any methods which could: 1. give instant relief from anxiety or depression or both? 2. give relief in the long term? please help.
