Guest guest
I've started going back to the gym and lifting weights again. (It's great exercise for building bone density, folks!) As one would expect, I'm kind of sore today. That always happens when you start out and are using weights that present a challenge. I know that arnica pills help ease the ache and remove the acid build up in the muscles. Anyone else have any suggestions? - Anna More_Muscle/

Several current and former professional athletes and Olympic teams are using them. see the "Fitness Info" link at www.Glyco.US Ms. Fitness Magazine explained the need for our product in an article titled "How to Thrive on an Ailing Planet" saying that every living person needs to consume our products for optimal health. Ms. Fitness Magazine ran another article showing our products' ability to fight cancer. Muscle and Fitness Magazine called our discovery "super sugars". Black Belt magazine called our product "Pure Magic" and noted our products "could help athletes perform harder, longer & faster & recover quicker." Karate magazine featured an interview with Dr. Bob Ward (former strength and conditioning coach for the Dallas Cowboys) in which he recommended our products because of "their ability to enhance athletic performance better than anything else on the market." Guest guest
Anna, a bath in epsom salts with a bit of ginger tea, or essential oil of ginger in it will help to relieve muscle strain. Be careful, for ginger can burn if overdone. For the Royal Road to relief, here is an unabashed plug for Recovazon, by Amazon Herb Company. It is based on the post-combat (=work-out) formula of Shaolin monks, a martial arts order in China. Enriched with Rainforest herbs that had a similar traditional use. A great all-over anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic. Available in capsule, tincture and gel. Its Pre-combat partner is named Warrior. It gives you "get-moving-now!" kick in the butt kind of energy, combined with razor sharp focus. Add Sumacazon, for muscle build-up and all over hormonal balance, and you have what we call the Peak Performance Pak. It comes with a free bottle of Aquazon, the ultimate green food.
