Guest guest
Robin, Swelling is lymphademia, which is caused by the cells shutting down. A simple solution is to lymphasize that area, here is how you do it. The bodys cells first must have oxygen, have her take 3 deep breaths, hold the 3rd. one as long as she can, do this over and over again for 10-15 minutes. Now while deep breathing she can do a' light-fast-rub' all over her arm and shoulder, or someone else can rub it for her. Just make sure that both of her hands are touching the body somewhere, so she completes the bodys electrical circuit. She should do this every hour and she will notice the swelling go down. This procedure is also great for pain anywhere in the body. Wearing a brace forever is ridiculous. If she needs more help she can contact me. Most all pain/swelling is due to lack of oxygen to the cells.
