Russ/CL's advice re: Sinus infections and antibiotics

Is this the protocol that you'd use on an adult? Because the doctors

have had me on all kinds of antibiotics and antihistamines, inhalers,

cough syrups and more since March but I still have this ratty cough

and post nasal drip.
