Help for Sciatica

i have recently shared some hand postures which are part of yoga and where only arms and hand movements are involved and which can easily solve your this problem. i am sharing them with 4 groups for treatment of different diseases and problems. if you are interested, i can send directly to you. if you want an article on the scientific basis of this system can also be sent.

i have uploaded the joints pain mudra which helps in sciatica. the

strength & immunity increase mudra could also be interesting to you.
