The book is called, The Enchanted World, has illustrations and I'm not even asking for an email address. It comes in Adobe PDF and Vanilla text for users with older computers. Took me 25 years to learn all of that, and here it is, in the proverbial nutshell (well in 65 concise, short chapters which cover the most important points!)
