Guest guest
Hello Ian, Tofu has been a big part of my diet for 30 years. There are plenty of great tofu products available and with a little creativity it can be used in many ways - including uncooked. Check out these recipes: http://vegweb.com/food/tofu/ I am currently a manufacturers rep for Quorn in the state of Arizona. See - http://www.quorn.us/finews.htm for some good info on this yummy " Mycoprotein " meat alternative. Enjoy! Michelle , " ian " <hobart@d...> wrote: > Hello everyone, > > Are any of you vegetarian?
