Hello Ian,

 

Tofu has been a big part of my diet for 30 years. There are plenty of

great tofu products available and with a little creativity it can be

used in many ways - including uncooked. Check out these recipes:

I am currently a manufacturers rep for Quorn in the state of Arizona.
