I wanted to thank you and gkb for responding. Also, I received a web

site about natural remedies that I appreciated as well.

Just now getting back to this after a hectic time with a sick relative.

I continue to feel better without the Lexapro. I looked at the sites

and learned more about it. I'm not sure ANYONE should be taking it

for any reason (although I do think some antidepressants help certain

folks). I've never suffered with depression or anxiety so I fail to

see why docs are giving it out for fibromyalgia.

In response to your questions, I'm 46 and I was diagnosed after lab

tests and visits with a rheumatology specialist. They thought I had

lupus at first. I'm still kind of adjusting to life with the

symptoms. I think I have a milder case of it than a lot of poor

folks. I do have muscle pain and stiffness, but it's not unbearable.

Fatigue is my main problem.

I'm just now beginning to study up on what forms of nutrition are

helping others with it. gkb's comments about oxygen and minerals are

interesting and I'm trying to find out more about that as well - it

makes a lot of sense.
