Thanks for the website! Ideally, if one eats right, one should not

need to supplement but, on the other hand, as I've been working out

I've learned that I do need extra magnesium and potassium to keep my

electrolyte balance and to help the calcium build more bone.

 

I flunked my bone density test a few years ago (I was 41 with the

bones of a 65 year old) but the weight lifting has helped me reverse

that. Now I'm working on seeing what else I might need, nutrition

wise. Stuff like " Hydroxycut " doesn't appeal to me. Making sure I'm

getting the right essential nutrients does.
