Guest guest
The link below will take you to an excellent article about B vitamins, on Chet Day's website. I like Chet Day a lot. He is always open to experimenting, and is not afraid to change his mind if new evidence comes his way. These paragraphs stands out: The insufficient intake of one B vitamin can create imbalances and deficiencies in others and impair the body's ability to assimilate and metabolize them. (bolded in text) and: Our bodies were made to recognize and use vitamins and minerals as they exist in food, not chemical versions of them. Amen, Amen! Bring out the Aquazon. It has them all: the Bs we know about today, and the ones we will discover tomorrow. (What's Aquazon? aquazon) http://www.chetday.com/vitaminbdeficiencies.html Ien in the Kootenays, Sinixt Territory**********************************"It is never too late to be what you mighthave been."~George Eliothttp://businesshelpingpeople.comSee my face, open up to endless possibility!********************************** Ien in the Kootenays, Sinixt Territory**********************************"It is never too late to be what you mighthave been."~George Eliothttp://businesshelpingpeople.comSee my face, open up to endless possibility!**********************************
