Congratulations on your new bookn Dennis! I had the opportunity to

study and practice rebirthing years ago at Harbin Hot Springs in the

days when Leonard Orr hung out there. It was a life changing

experience for me and I have never stopped utilizing what I learned.

Thank you for your good wishes for my upcoming workshop and book

signing tour.

 

I am glad that the work you did with rebirthing was so helpful to

you. Though my work has little to do with rebirthing, I recognize

its tremendous value for many people. The main thing, of course, is

to find a safe way to unlock the breath and begin to breathe more

naturally (which is quite different from what most of us think of

as " normal breathing " ).
