Guest guest
Can anyone make any suggestions to help... About two months ago, my right arm (the one I use for the mouse on the computer) began to give me pain. It started going from the shoulder area down towards the inside of the elbow area (where your arm bends) I went to the chiropractor and he said it was tendonitis. We did adjustments and ultrasound. He felt after 8 treatments it would be improved. It didn't. If anything it felt worse. I gave it about 5 weeks without treatments to see if what he was doing was creating more problems...but found it was getting worse. The pain seems to move around....One day it is in the shoulder area...around the (I call it a ball joint since I don't know the proper name) Another day it will be on the outside of the arm (the elbow side) and then it will be the inside of the arm. I am taking devils claw and glucosomine. I have now had two treatments of acupuncture...After the first one, I had some relief of pain...after the second one I didn't notice the same. I am not getting good sleep because I tend to thrash and when I roll over the pain in my arm " grabs " and I am wide awake....some nights I'm getting two or three hours sleep. The lack of sleep and dull pain is wearing me down. Any suggestions? Rusty
