Guest guest
thanks muchly, bob. Before I get into reading it, I'll quickly tell others that 90 percent of the formatting was solved by putting the message into Simplified Chinese mode or font on my mac. I assume PC's have the same sort of option. now on to reading your article, doug > " bobdamone " <bdamone > , > wrote: >> A couple things from the conference. Guest guest
Are you familiar with reflexology? If you are talking about Lupis type symptoms, press on the reflexes for the pancreas, which are located on the left hand. Go straight down from your wedding ring finger until you are a little more than half way down your palm. Take a pencil eraser and dig in around there softly, you will find a spot that hurts really bad when you do find it. Once you find it, take the pencil with the eraser on the end of it and press into that spot and hold the pressure for 7 seconds, release the pressure and repeat. Keep doing that throughout the day until you get to feeling better and the spot stops hurting. Also another place to go for any immune system disease, and this includes chronic fatigue, lupis etc. Rub the reflexes to the immune system. Those are on the top of the wrist, on both hands. Where your hand meets your wrist, go up your arm about an inch to an inch and a half and it goes all the way across the wrist. See if you can find any spots that hurt, and do what I typed above but make sure that you do both the right and the left wrists, to keep things balanced in the body. Also, you can try the reflexes for the adrenal glands, those help with the tiredness. Those are located in both the left and right hands. If you cup your hands, with palm facing up, right in the center of the palm are the reflexes for the adrenal glands. Even if you can't find the spot that hurts, it is often helpful to press into these for energy. If I can help with anything else, let me know. Many blessings to you...Mama Re: Chronic Fatigue Okay, I am getting rather desperate. I have been experiencing chronic fatigue for about a year now. I have been checked out by a medical doctor who says that I simply need to get more exercise. Okay, tried that... Changed my diet... Supplemented with ginseng, green tea extract, mega-doses of multi-B vitamins, and bee pollen... Got more sleep... And I am still exhausted. No matter how much sleep I get, it never seems to be enough. Iron is not low. Done everything I know to do. Yes, stress level is high, but whose isn't? I am really tired of being tired... Anyone have any suggestions? I want my life back.
