Guest guest
Hi Ace, As they say the proof of the pudding is in its eating. It is inexpensive. You need an electric heating pad of about 8 " X6 " size and a similar sized flannel cloth, two/ three layers and saturated with castor oil. Also apply castor oil over the affected area and continuously apply heat for half an hout to an hour. Youll be surprised to discover the array of ailments this method treats, or gives releif from. As to your husband he has to also take corrective measures, if needed , in his work posture, office chair/desk, the car seat.If anyone is interested I can also give the methods of relaxing the tensions in spine.
