You raised different aspects that I never taught about, and that made me understand more about the reasons. For now, I started with the Ginseng. I have rosemary essential oil, but I don't know how many drops I should add in the bottle to make the spray. I hope you can lead me on that. Do you know any site that shows how to use the essential oils?
