Guest guest
Dear Nikki, I have the same problem. I have just been diagnosed bipolar type 2 at age 45. I have just been divorced and the meds they have me on make me sleep 12 hours a day! I take Lamactil (a anti-convulsant) and Seroquel which knocks me out and Lexapro for depression. If I knew a dependable natural alternative believe me I would try it. (I cannot stop crying without these drugs). What has helped me though is to boil these spices in my kitchen: bay leaf for clarity, cinnomin for depression, and sage for euphoria. It almost smells like Thanksgiving dinner is cooking. I also sell Herbalife (lost 42 lbs.) and take the Total Control made with 4 kinds of green tea and the ingredient in chocolate that makes you feel like you are in love (phenalalynine) for appetite control, but I am a zombie without it. I have to give myself A REASON to get out of bed...like doing something for someone I love or an event to get dressed up for. I am having lots of interesting dreams and sleep is sometimes more fun than life. Expecially now during this time I am going through. I drink peppermint tea also. Citrus is supposed to be uplifting. Actually I would be interested in other essential oils and so forth for my own use. You will be in my prayers, Athena
Guest guest
Hello Group, Since long ago, whenever I feel depressed or upset, I tend to find a refuge in sleep. Now, I sleep at least 10 hours a day and feel all the time lack of energy. I am used to this now, I cannot change this schedule, wich make me waste my days in sleep... My question: Is there any essential oil I can use for having more energy and laziness, or any alternative help ? Thank you, Nikki Mail : votre e-mail personnel et gratuit qui vous suit partout ! Guest guest
You have told us very little about yourself. It is so very difficult to make a diagnosis via the internet.I don't know much about essential oils for tiredness or laziness, but I do know that Siberian Ginseng is a good herb to start with. Also I had a patient with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome who was helped very much by Dr Brown's product-Shegoi.Dr John D.
