Guest guest
GOOD MORNING GROUP!! I'M CONSIDERING USING TRIMSPA BEFORE DINNER ONLY- TO HELP ME CURB LATE NITE SNACKING. IT SEEMS THE INGREDIENTS IN TRIMSPA ARE OKAY. WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS IDEA OR SUGGESTIONS ON ALTERNATIVE SUPPLEMENTS. THANKS, TERRY

Guest guest
Hi Terry, Don't know anything about TrimSpa but I would suggest that you make sure you are getting sufficient food throughout the day. You might try eating at regular intervals (3-4 hrs), small portions. The general recommendation is to eat within an hour of waking up. A meal also could be a piece of fruit, oatmeal, fruit smoothie, soup, rice & greens, etc. If you’re eating regular meals you could also try drinking water when you feel like eating. If eating late is a habit it could be that you just have to give it time to create a new habit. Also, try hugs. They’re great, especially at night. Warmly, Adela Adela M. Guest guest
I don't know what TrimSpa is. I do know that a lot of late night snacking comes from "hidden hunger". Because the food supply is so depleted these days, we are not getting the nutrients we need. The best way I know to fill the gaps is with Aquazon, a whole wild food supplement. Gives you the stuff we know about, and the stuff they will discover tomorrow. Guest guest
I believe you may have a good products BUT it seems to be your answer to every ailment. Is that really fair to people with genuine problems coming here for specific advice on what worked for others or knowledge about a specific product to always try to sell them your products? ======================================================= In a message dated 3/12/04 4:20:50 PM Central Standard Time, ien writes: The best way I know to fill the gaps is with Aquazon, a whole wild food supplement. Guest guest
Which trimspa formula do you use? And yes, I agree, it's cost is very high, which is why I haven't tried it. I have tried other herbal things and most have not worked since they took ephedra off the shelves, so I didn't want to waste more money on something that didn't work. I am going through a time of high stress and have been eating a lot lately. I have been having a hard time controling it. For the person who wanted to know how much it costs, you can go on Trimspa.com and take this little questionaire that tells you what you need to get from them. The problem with this was that mine came up with 300.00 and it didn't even tell you if that was how much it would cost me to loose the 25 -30 pounds that I would like to loose or if that was just for one month. I don't really need to loose that much, I really onIy want to loose 10-15. checked into it further and that was just a one month supply, I think becasue just one bottle of that stuff is 50.00 and according to the test, it suggested that I buy three different bottles and then one more for swelling. I have 5 kids, I can't afford that and I don't know too many people that can, even without the 5 kids. Thanks...Mama Re: TRIMSPA trimspa- for me does work to curb the cravings.. im sure it would help lose weight but i dont take it on a regular basis... i dont really need to lose much weight. the only downside is its cost. but yes i would recommend it -michelle Mail - More reliable, more storage, less spam
Guest guest
Regarding my (indeed predictable) recommendation for AFA to curb cravings, the gips wrote:I believe you may have a good products BUT it seems to be your answer to every ailment. That is a valid comment, though it is not always the case! I frequently recommend my friend Maggie's healing salves, Natren probiotics, and just yesterday, Pascalite. I have absolutely NO financial interest in any of those. They happen to be relatively unknown products that I have seen make a big difference in people's lives. Andrew put the case for AFA quite well with this post: The natural and synergistic effect of phytonutrients, enzymes, and balanced anti-oxidants WILL reduce one'schances of contracting various types of degenerativediseases like breast and cervical cancer, prostate andcolon cancer, thrombosis, stroke, alzheimers andseveral other challenges as we start to age. There'seven proof of repairing DNA damage. He may have been talking about a different product. The fact remains that foundational, live, complete food from the bottom of the foods chain does indeed address a multitude of conditions. Is that really fair to people with genuine problems coming here for specific advice on what worked for others or knowledge about a specific product to always try to sell them your products? I am sorry if it gets monotonous. It is, sincerely, the best thing I know. And especially in this particular case. The question was about curbing the desire for over-eating. I do have personal experience with that. One way I am reminded if I have forgotten my greens is that I can't seem to stop snacking.
