Guest guest
Hi... I haven't posted before, but appreciate the information I've found here. As an aging hippie (lol) I did EVERYTHING I was suppossed to to have a healthy lifestyle in the 70's...unfortunately, I NEVER thought I'd actually suffer any effects of aging, and gradually fell away from all I learned and practiced at the time. I now find myself at 50- something wishing i'd been wiser and more diligent in trying to maintain my health. I've recently enrolled in a program to become a certified herbalist, and one project I'm working on is formulating my own tea blends to get my body back to " normal " . I am looking for the premier herb for potassium replacement, which I am having difficulty locating. My search has led me to barley leaves and dandelion, but both seem limited and questionable in their potassium content. Can anybody help?
