I have noticed a yellow-ish coating on the back of mytongue. i rarely get sores even though i used to havethem all the time growing up, but i do experience drymouth quite a bit. however i do smoke herb regularly. Sometimes the color is darker than it is other times.I hear that this could be candidas...are there anynatural home remedies to get rid of this. Also do youthink it is a good idea to get herbs that areavailable at your local rite-aid, sav-on, or gnc.Sometimes I question the potency of the products theysale. ALthough i understand you get what you pay forsometimes I wonder if the fact that they are so widelyavailable that they may not be as effective.

2-3 drops of tea tree oil in a glass of water 3x daily until you see

it clear up. That is what I did for candida. Also, stay away from

white sugar, bread, pasta, etc. Eat citrus fruit, not any other.

Check your pH level. Good luck, susan
