I was fighting off a parasite, and deleted too many files. I have spent 3 full days with tech support people that haven't been able to help me, yet. I will check in as I am able. If anyone needs anything specifically from me, please email me directly and I will do the best I can while borrowing my sister's computer! Here is an article that I wrote (with a little help from my associate). This is helping to educate people about some new courses that we are teaching at the center, as well as promoting a new hypnosis CD in the same topic. I hope that you all enjoy it. In setting their intention for healing, weight loss, psychic development, prosperity, or any other specific goals during these deep meditations, those aspects will definitely continue to flourish. When you record this, only use the recording in a safe room where you will be undisturbed, and NEVER use hypnosis or meditation techniques while driving or even if you are in the car with another driver. With each number, you will relax and go ten times deeper into relaxation. Every time you decide to relax, you will go much deeper and much more quickly achieve the state that you desire. Ten, deeper and deeper. Feel a tingling sensation at the top of your head. Let it roll down your body like a wave, bringing relaxation to every part of your mind, body, and spirit. Nine, even more now. Letting go. Every breath with take you even deeper. Feeling wonderful. That’s right. Feel a tingling in the top of your head, relaxing even more. Let it run right down the back of your head into your neck. Feel it go down deeper, over your face, warm and wonderful. Eight, imagine a large candle. With every movement of the flame – you go even more into relaxation. Excellent. Feel the wax warm and melting, down, down the side of the candle. You feel so relaxed, and swept away just like a wave, just like the wax on the candle. Feeling the tingling down your shoulders, your arms, wrists, and hands. Seven, letting go. Allow yourself to drift and dream on the sound of my voice. Feel that tingling now through your chest, your tummy. Warm and wonderful. Six, even deeper. Feeling relaxation melt down your shoulder blades, and into your spine. Melting down, down, even more. Five, letting go so deeply. Feeling the warmth into your hips. Four, even more – that’s right. Let the feeling melt into your legs. Three, deeper and deeper. Down through your knees. Two that’s right. Feel the warmth and tingling melt into your ankles. And one. Feeling the total relaxation through every bone, muscle and fiber of your feet. Relaxed and comfortable. It is easy for you to fly, without effort you and I can fly away from here, up to the sky. The air temperature is perfect. The sky is brilliant and beautiful. The light breeze feels gentle and fresh on your face. You are comfortable, safe, and free. You are surrounded by a divine white light that keeps you safe and feeling wonderful. We decide to fly over the ocean. It is wonderful. It is night now, and the sky is black like velvet. The stars are brilliant, and it seems that they are so close. The moon is full and bright. The reflection of the moon shines and reflects onto the soft, gentle waves that come into the beach. You are amazed at how clearly you can see the sand and the details all around you. We come to a point where you are moving, yet you are also completely still. You have shifted into an alternate dimension, the NO TIME ZONE. You can spend as much time as you need to in this space, and only a few moments will pass on in normal, linear time. You have access to wisdom and knowledge, you can see – feel – hear- taste – and smell things that give you clues to information that you need for your life. You have the ability to remember, to travel back and forward in time, and to experience the stars, planets, and portals throughout space. Give yourself a moment to experience this. Coming back to your body now, find yourself coming clearer and more quickly and completely awake, up, up and back. On the count of three you will be safe and secure in your body.
