Guest guest
I need to get lots of advice on combating hypertension naturally, as I do not wish to resort to Rx medication. I didn't have a job for quite sometime, so money was a concern and stress. I've finally landed one, which I will begin soon. I walk briskly for 45 minutes, seven days a week. I take 2,000 mg. Vitamin C, a calcium/magnesium liquid supplement, EFA capsules and B complex every day. I'm aware that bad fats and salt cause problems. I know about garlic, hawthorn and mistletoe being helpful. I'm also interested in the top three essential oils for heart message. Perhaps I should look more into mediation and yoga. I may have a thyroid problem, as my temperature upon awakening over a two week period was consistently below normal. I am perimenopausal and occasionally have mild anxiety attacks. Any input is appreciated! Olwen )O(
