Guest guest
Due to job stress (since long gone), I used to be plagued by bruxism - or " teeth grinding " . This would primarily occur at night and cause wearing down of the teeth and sometimes cavities. Lesson 1: Rather than invest $300+ in what the dentist was trying to sell (a custom fitted mouthpiece), I purchased a $4 football mouthpiece which can also be custom fitted. It saved my teeth, but unfortunately, did not alleviate the clenching. I would wake up with a very tired jaw. Lesson 2: I discovered something else STOPPED the clenching and allowed my jaw to relax. While significantly more expensive ($95), the clenching stopped. At the risk of of " LOL " , I'll tell you what it is - a special sleep mask impregnated with magnetic and far-infrared technology. And by the way, just as an MRI is not the same magnetic technology you find on your refrigerator, neither is this. Afterall, BEFORE I would shell out $95, I'd have to FIRST do a lot of research. Guess what? " If you continue to think the way you've always thought, you'll continue to get what you've always got. Guest guest
Hi Gisele, I ordered the sleep mask from a company called Nikken. Ever hear of it? They make some very good (read that as " expensive " ), health products. Personally, I found that after being in the martial arts for 25+ years, many of their products greatly improved my strength, flexibility, and accelerated my recovery time from injuries. Coincidentally, I even did an informal talk at my friend's Taekwondo school a few month's back. Through my research, I found out that Nikken is a Network Marketing company (if that bothers you); but, as for me, I was primarily interested in their products. However, since I also hate paying retail, I became a distributor. If you wish Gisele (and to prove I'm not in it for the money), I'll let you use my distributor number so you won't have to pay retail. And if you'd rather pass on the offer, that's OK, too - no hard feelings. Regards, Andy " If your lifestyle doesn’t control your body, eventually your body will control your lifestyle.
