Hi Ien and other friends,

It has been my experience that the most interesting things that I learn are actually a "remembering". It feels like I always knew that technique, or that information, but I just needed a nudge to bring it to the surface.

Some of the most powerful breakthrough therapy sessions that I have had with clients are when we allow "parts" of their body or personality to have a voice and express how they perceive their illness, issues, fears, etc. A part of them always knows what they need, what works, what they should do. Sometimes the fact that we are really listening brings a client to tears, because it is not a common experience in our society today.

I have also learned meditation techniques that open us up to knowledge and wisdom that we would not normally have access to. As long as you feel safe and comfortable, you can ask your angels, guides, and other beings to "download" information and knowledge to you. It is an amazing experience.

The more that you are open, the more that you will get. Always keep your intentions positive and safe, and you will not be led astray.

Blessings,
