I just got a book called " Arthritis and Folk Medicine " and it talks

about ADD (called hyper kids in book) and what they did was give

them 2 tablespoons of apple cider vineger (making their PH more

acidic) with a few drops of Lugols Iodine for metabolism control and

it worked wonders for the kids .

Apple cider! Love it!

It this one of the Doc Jarvis books?

I read them years ago.

Guy cures just about anything with

unpasturized apple cider and ditto honey

fresh from the comb.

Those books were also written quite while ago.

Since then, our food suply has become

more depleted, and our environment

more polluted.

People who work with food-as-medicine

have noted that they now have to resort

to herbs and supplements.

Food alone no longer does the trick,

even in cases where it used to.
