Guest guest
I have worked with many women over the years to decrease menstrual pain - naturally. Optimum nutrition will give your body everything it needs to function the way it was designed. The most common thing that I see in women who experience menstrual discomfort is that they tend to have higher levels of substances that cause inflammation and they do not get enough of the omega 3 fatty acids in their diets. By preventing the overproduction of these inflammatory substances (things that cause swelling), omega-3 fatty acids lessen menstrual pain and help women to become more regular in their cycles. The addition of a good quality whole food Vitamin B Complex will also help with any mood swings that come along also! The only omega 3 supplement that I recommend comes from www.omega-3.us. It is the most potent one I've found and is certified to be free of any toxins, heavy metals or pesticides. They also have a money back guarantee, so you can try it through your cycle and see how it works for you. I rubbed Recovazon on her belly and back and let her rest. In half an hour she was up playing. Without Recovazon, her severe cramping lasts three days. –– Maria, CA Are you getting enough calcium and magnesium? Another thing that might help: try holding the reflexes to the uterus. It is easiest to have a partner do this. Have the partner cup your heels in her/his hands, and gently press the middle finger into the centre of the side of the heel. Oh heck, it is easier to look it up: here is a map http://www.reflexology-research.com/maps.htm You might alos try the formula mentioned above, and Lunazon, the formula for a balanced female cycle. Some people find "Shipibo Treasure Tea" helpful too. I can send you a sample of that. It's delicious and it makes you feel so good! Worth a try, and your money back if it doesn't work. Guest guest
Coral calcium helped me a lot. I also took b vitamin complex. I discovered my problem was with my thyroid being underactive. I didn't have the sever weight gain that some do, but i was over weight. I don't have as much problems now. The cramps are a picnic now, before it was like being in labor every month.--- In , endizzforever@a... wrote: > can anyone give me some advice on how to comfort myself during severe > menstrual cramping.. i experience backache, nausea, swollen ovaries, and loss of > appetite. i have tried pretty much everything u can thing of.. and have even > been to the doctor, birth control is no relief im always looking for new > suggestions in hopes that something may work so please any advice would be > great! Guest guest
Coral Calcium comes in capsules and can be purchased at health food stores. I recommend one by Bob Barefoot. He is a chemist .His formula has b vitamins in it. It has 72 trace minerals in it also. It really helps. , sameena Ahad <sameena_arif> wrote: > what is coral calcium ???is it gem ???tablets ??how to buy and where is it available???plz help?? > sami. > > susan <polimeni717> wrote: > Coral calcium helped me a lot. I used to have unbearable period pain and what worked for me was the blood type diet. For example I am an O and O's aren't supposed to have much grain at all. So I found that eliminating grains in particular to about three servings a week instead of 2-3 per day has really made a difference, sounds strange I know but it really worked - I used to be in bed all day in excruciating pain and am now up and about with hardly any pain. So from experience I would suggest trying the blood type diet.
Guest guest
-Susan, I found that the cell salt mag phos (potency 6X) helped me greatly. If you have access to a homeopathic doctor they can expound more on this as well as other possible homeopathic remedies which can help.
