Guest guest
I hear that garlic is a natural antibotic, and cinnamon stuns bacteria while its in your system. after people knowing this for years the medical community has finally backed it up with proof. i was wondering if any of you know use's for other common kitchen items. Thank You, Jason
Guest guest
Hi Jason, Great question! There is an overlap between food, herbs, and medicine. I met a woman with fibromyalgia once who used cinnamon as a painkiller. You betcha common kitchen herbs have health building properties! Cayenne pepper is an amazing herb, that makes anything flow that is stuck. My daughter used to get tonsillitis as a child, quite frequently. (this was in our before AFA-algae days) We almost always fixed her with the magic honey, lemon, and cayenne mix in hot water. Oregano is another nutritional powerhouse. Full of anti-oxidants and anti fungal, anti bacterial properties. Mustard poultices are frequently recommended by Edgar Cayce for lung complaints. (never directly on the skin) I look forward to reading others!
