I hear that garlic is a natural antibotic, and cinnamon stuns bacteria while its in your system. after people knowing this for years the medical community has finally backed it up with proof. i was wondering if any of you know use's for other common kitchen items.

Thank You,

Jason

Hi Jason,

Great question!

There is an overlap between food, herbs, and medicine.

I met a woman with fibromyalgia once who

used cinnamon as a painkiller.

You betcha common kitchen herbs have

health building properties!

Cayenne pepper is an amazing herb, that

makes anything flow that is stuck.

My daughter used to get tonsillitis as a

child, quite frequently.

(this was in our before AFA-algae days)

We almost always fixed her with the magic

honey, lemon, and cayenne mix in hot water.

Oregano is another nutritional powerhouse.

Full of anti-oxidants and anti fungal, anti

bacterial properties.

Mustard poultices are frequently recommended

by Edgar Cayce for lung complaints.

(never directly on the skin)

I look forward to reading others!
