This is right up the alley! The website is full of people whose depression lifted after they learned to de-clutter! I cannot recommend FlyLady highly enough, especially for those of us who have a touch of the old ADD. FlyLady calls it :SHE-ness. SHE stands for Side-tracked Home Executive. Believe me, after a few years of studying ADD as a variation of the human condition I know it when I see it. On a 'good' day I started to blitz the house and burnt uplifting essential oils. As I worked through the house I could 'feel' the energy in it changing and it doesn't weigh me down now. I space cleared everywhere when I'd de-cluttered, took 2 trips to the dump, some stuff to the charity shops and posted some on ebay and I have (so far) had far more energy and spend much less time in my room. I've tried to keep the house tidier, burn oils more frequently and space clear after each dusting etc. I also have crystals hanging in the hall corridor as the front door faces the back one and a wind chime in my entrance porch. Even friends have noticed the difference and dh says he doesn't feel so tired either.HTH someonePeaceEmma********************************************* WWW.PEACEFULMIND.COM Sponsors Alternative Answers-HEALING NATURALLY- this is the premise of HOLISTIC HEALTH. It's such a relief to watch all that accumulated "stuff" go out the door! Her web site is www.flylady.com and her advice is free!! Ien, Yes I do know the 'flylady', even in the UK shes making her presence felt :-) - actually am called that by less open minded people (meant to be an insult I think!!) She has been inspiring but my main focus was feng shui and clearing the porch before dh went for a job interview (which he got, my d got an unexpected bonus at work, I found 2 cheques I thought I'd lost and got a new pupil to teach French to - so am happy to be called flylady lol) and I've been interested in energy and space clearing for a longish time. I've known for years that I'm much happier when the house is tidy but had ME which set me back, fingers crossed am over that one - body just said I was doing too much ;-) Peace Emma
