Guest guest
Tara, would you please share the recipe or list of ingredients in the sea salt scrub you've been using for these great results? My child's not diagnosed, but I'm always looking for beneficial ways to handle ADHD-like behavior. I've used some aromatherapy on him, and he's also be helped with homeopathy. I ask because I make our own bath bombs and bath salts, and I'd never thought of doing a salt scrub for him. Thanks in advance, Julia On Wednesday, January 14, 2004, at 08:25 PM, itsjustara wrote: > I have begun using a sea salt scrub on my *adhd* son... with great > results. I know that salt is supposed to be helpful in removing the energy residue of other people from your aura. It makes so much sense that a highly sensitive Indigo would benefit from that. I would love to pass that on to my son. he is now 24, and is working his way through college with a fast food job. Sometimes "the public" really gets to him! Guest guest
All the bantering the moutain women got for the methods they use. Hmm.. I think they knew a thing or two. The Sea Salt scrub I used was... Plain Ole Sea salt... Nothing fancy.. nothing expensive. Not much less for what ppl are paying big bucks to have done in a day spa. MY son felt WONDERFUL.. afterwards.. even exclaiming to his lil brother how we rid of his *ickies*. Salt is of course an exfoiliant... opening up the pores.. which in return allows your skin to ppurge any unneed or toxic garbage you may have been harboring. It helps many skin conditions as well... jus a note.. be sure to not OVER do it... you can burn the skin...as well as keeping it away from genitals... eyes... ears and mouth(not so much concern here).... and make sure that belly button is rinsed out... trust me.. i learned the hard way..LOL *oww* Try it.. what have you got to loose.... Brightest Blessings... Tara In a message dated 1/15/04 7:19:07 AM Eastern Standard Time, ien writes: Tell me more please? Guest guest
Please Tara, I still don't understand how you do a salt rub? Do you just rub the skin with dry salt? I have never been to a Spa.
