Maybe you are not depressed but just run down and plain tired? You already know you need more sleep. I quite agree with the person who suggested you do education by correspondence, or just postpone school for a few years. Do you have any support, so you can catch up on sleep now and then? Parents? A girl friend, a sister? The very best thing for the congestion is digestive enzymes. Cutting down on dairy also helps. It tends to congest a person even if she eats enzymes, in my own experience. If you cannot afford enzymes, grated raw daikon root, or a mix of grated ginger and grated raw carrot is good against that slimy feeling. Try it first thing in the morning. In terms of nutritional support, you will no doubt hear from several other people. My fave is AFA, I simply know nothing else that comes close in terms of energy.
